Key Result Areas:
Enhancing Organisational capacity and organization practices
Facilitating departmental revenue modelling, target setting and responsibility for achievement of the same in conjunction with respective HOD
Coordinating for various practice activities to guarantee the medical quality of the facility
Training, continuing education and promotion of subordinate staff
Managing the facility's budget, liaising with other medical or non-medical departments and ensuring the compliance of all federal and state regulations and codes
Ensuring the delivery of quality long-term health care
Identifying new departments and facilities within existing departments that should be started based on complete presentation on the following criteria need, cost, manpower, potential clinical benefit and revenue stream
Developing & implementing of SOPs for various processes
Ensuring optimum excellence in service, patients satisfactions and planned profitability
